Your success journal is so easy to use. I have tried many journals/goal plans and they either had too much, were too long or did not have everything I needed. Having the journal in a 12-week format breaks down my goals and makes it easier for me to focus on and attain my goals. I love that it helps me to stay positive and filled with gratitude with its areas to record my daily wins. It is concise but powerful. I use it as my daily planner, goal tracker and a journal to record my thoughts/prayers/feelings etc. I will be re-ordering soon!

I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and how it works with the body. I know I can go to her with questions and she will explain it in a very understandable way. During the time spent with Karen I never once felt judged or less of a person. I have been participating in Karen's meetings based on The Daniel Plan for over a year. Although it is far from a "quick fix" for me, I have found I now approach life differently. Prior, I had honestly never really thought about how my weight and fitness impact my ability to be the hands and feet of Christ. I do now. The nice part of the program is you can approach it from the area you need it first. From the pillars of Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. I have found it necessary to work on Focus first. Instead of thinking, "I hate to exercise", I now find myself thinking "I love that my body is capable of keeping up with the lifestyle I choose." I find myself willing to walk more, hike with friends, etc. Thank you Karen! You and the the Daniel Plan have made a real impact on my life.
